Visiting Northern Italy: Milan City Guide

Visiting Northern Italy

Chris and I had always dreamed of visiting Italy, so we decided to make the most of our week and visit as many cities as we could while still enjoying each destination. We flew into and out of Milan, which made it easy to plan our train travel to other northern Italian cities.

It was a wonderful week — we wouldn’t have changed a thing. We can’t wait to go back!

Roadtrip Audiobooks

Chris and I drove to Tucson over the Thanksgiving holiday, and the fifteen-hour drive became significantly more enjoyable with the audiobook The Disaster Artist. We couldn’t stop listening!

Traveling the southern coast of Iceland

 

Iceland

A family friend reached out to us recently about our trip to Iceland in June. Her daughter will visit Iceland in a few weeks, and she wanted some tips of what to see and what to expect on her trip.

When people hear that we visited Iceland, they have all kinds of questions about what it’s like. Well, here’s the deal: Iceland is magic. The photos can’t really do the landscape justice, but Iceland is one of the most beautiful places on Earth with the kindest people and the cutest animals. One of the best parts was that we were able to add our week-long stopover to our flight home from Amsterdam without any additional airfare.

Let me encourage you to take the trip if you ever get the chance. Iceland is an incredible, almost other-worldly place.
