I’m back! It’s been awhile since I’ve posted, and especially awhile since I’ve done a Recent Reads post.
We’re 4 months into 2019, and I’ve got lofty reading goals. I hit the ground running, and I’ve already read 25 books using mostly my Libby and Audible accounts for ebooks and audiobooks. Of the 25 books I’ve experienced so far, here are 6 that stand out.

2018 was a great reading year. I had a goal of reading 60 books and used Modern Mrs. Darcy’s 2018 Reading Challenge as a base to plan which books I’d read.

In line with my methods and thought processes for rating the books I read, my favorite books are those that have changed or impacted me in a meaningful way. These are books that I would recommend that anyone read — books for the ages!
A few of my students asked me to list my faves, and I thought it would also serve as a worthy blog post. I’d love to hear about your favorites, too! Let me know in the comments.
Without further ado: My top ten favorite books.

Here’s a round-up of what I’ve enjoyed from around the Web. Have a great weekend!
