Happy weekend!

Here’s a round-up of what I’ve enjoyed from around the Web.

See Anna Jane: How to Transition Your Wardrobe into Spring
Spring weather in north Texas is…. interesting. Case in point: this week’s weather forecast includes highs in the 50s and in the 80s. I love Anna’s style, and her winter-to-spring transition looks are perfect for finding inspiration when you aren’t sure what to wear.

Also: Trench coats for the win! I love mine and wear it most spring mornings.

Austin Kleon: How to Keep Going
I’m a big fan of Austin Kleon’s books Steal Like an Artist and Show Your Work! (and his Instagram), so I was excited to get a preview of his next project.

Kleon delivered this new talk based on the topic for his upcoming book in San Francisco last month. I found it insightful and relevant as I head into the final eight weeks of the school year. It’s great advice for creatives and everyday peeps alike.

Ideas.TED: Tapping into the Power of Humble Narcissism
Think you’d hate working for a narcissist? Think again: It just depends on the type of narcissist. A thought-provoking article on what makes great leaders great.

An excerpt:

“Narcissists believe they’re special and superior; humble leaders know they’re fallible and flawed. Humble narcissists bring the best of both worlds: they have bold visions, but they’re also willing to acknowledge their weaknesses and learn from their mistakes.”

Jenny Komenda: Studio Kitchen Reveal
Chris and I are in the process of building our new home, and this kitchen reveal is so good. We’re also planning for mossy green cabinets with black hardware, so this affirmed my choices look as good in person as I hoped.
