I am seriously obsessed with Trader Joe’s, as evidenced here. I love their quirky layouts and their amazing and affordable products. Here are 9 items of the health and beauty variety that always seem to wind up in my cart.
Nothing says summer quite like an easy white top, especially if it’s beautiful eyelet lace. Add a peplum and I’m all yours. Every summer, I seem to get stuck on one look that I wear on repeat.
Our home, which was designed by Brandon & Anissa Allen of Allen Architecture, is featured in the current issue of 360 West, Tarrant County’s lifestyle magazine. It’s a dream come true for a few reasons, but mostly it serves as a reminder that we are thankful for those who helped us through this process.
I’m so proud of what we’ve done thus far (we’ve had a lot of help!), and we are honored to be featured in a magazine that we read and enjoy. Our home is, of course, a work in progress — we will continue to adjust and tweak our current set up, but that’s the fun part!

In the grand tradition of yearly “best lists,” both Austin Kleon and Barack Obama put out their year-end lists (they both have excellent taste). List-making and -keeping is something I really enjoy, and I’d like to continue the habit into the future. I made my own best-of list for some great books I read in 2018, but I wanted to track the movies, t.v. shows, and albums I enjoyed this year as well.
